Service Desk: that provides telephone and remote support, software and network support, repairs and maintenance

Technical Consultancy:
to guide you through the process of integrating ICT fully into teaching, learning, management and school organisation

Strategic Consultancy: to support the development of a strategic vision for ICT and provide support to learning and teaching.

Management Information Consultancy: to offer advice and consultancy on best practice for managing data to inform planning and whole school improvement

What else ?

As well as a support service, Telemat can also supply and install new IT equipment and infrastructure. This includes both Apple Mac and P.C. systems.
